This painting was loosely inspired by the works of Jeff Weir. Megan comes from a family that enjoys being outdoors and often hunts in the fall. Though stag are not native to West TN where Megan resides, this painting still reminds her of countless whitetail deer hunts. It's hard to explain the beauty of these quiet outdoor moments observing nature, but this painting is a good place to start.
